Nico, the German singer, songwriter, musician and model inspired many, including some the 1980s most prolific alternative music artists. Today, she is a source of inspiration for the designers at Varaluz. Known as the “original goth,” she fought convention in creating her music and performances – much the same way Varaluz approaches lighting design. Our Nico fixtures capture the spirit of more traditional (bird) cage fixtures but with a dose of infinity looping. It’s goth by way of glam.
