Featured Technologies:

• Obstruction Detection: This unit's motor will automatically disengage if there is any resistance encountered.  Once disengaged, the door will close under normal spring force.  This increases the life of the motor and helps keep the door secure at all times.

• Overload Safety Shut-Off: The inverter will automatically time-out within two minutes of receiving a door activation signal.  This greatly reduces unnecessary wear on the motor and inverter.
