The device seamlessly switches to its battery supply to maintain power as soon as an outage occurs. Rigorously tested for reliability and safety assurance, this battery backup is an optional accessory that is specifically designed to work with the Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff.

• Sold as an optional accessory, the next-generation Lithium-Ion battery backup for the Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff device helps ensure continuous power during outages.
• Extends the operation of the Flo Smart Water Shutoff device for up to four hours in the event of a main power disruption.
• When AC power is available, the battery backup passes 12 VDC to maintain the battery charge level. If there is an AC line disruption, the Flo Smart Shutoff will immediately be powered by the battery backup.
• Installs between the Flo Smart Water Shutoff and the main power cord and adapter, which is then plugged into a wall outlet. No pairing or additional setup is required.
• Extends the Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff’s power cord by 6 feet.
• Indoor rated to operate between 32°F (0°C) and 113°F (45°C) degrees.
