This is a two-zone mini split system designed to give you individual control over the temperature in multiple rooms. An efficient MXZ-2C20NA4 outdoor condenser, built with advanced technology, is combined with quiet ceiling cassette MLZ indoor units and two wireless remote controllers for the perfect marriage of convenience and comfort. An MXZ multi-room system is an excellent choice for supplementing capacity to a current system, conditioning newly furnished spaces, or new additions and replacing a system within a home. With multiple operating modes and multiple fan speeds, this is a system that fits the needs of nearly any home.

Features:

• Precision Temperature Control Technology: The outdoor condenser is equipped with inverter technology and an electronic linear expansion valve. These components improve temperature accuracy and system efficiency through precise adjustments of both compressor speed and refrigerant flow.

• Hot-Start: Mitsubishi's hot-start technology prevents cold drafts by delaying fan operation until the heat exchanger has warmed up.

• Vane Control: Optimal air flow can be achieved with the MLZ thanks to the vane control option. This function provides access to an auto mode and a swing mode.

• Condensate Removal System: The MLZ contains an internal drain mechanism capable of lifting condensate 19-11/16". This simplifies installation and prevents condensate overflow, which can damage or destroy your property.

• Serviceability: The MLZ is designed to fit between standard 16" joists and be serviced from below, making installation and maintenance easier than ever.

• Dehumidification: When the indoor unit runs in dry mode, the coil's temperature stays just below the dew point of the return air, removing unwanted moisture. This improves comfort and reduces the chance of mold growth and other property damage in the conditioned space.

Required Components:

• Line Set: Line set tubing transfers refrigerant between your outdoor condenser and indoor units
• Drain Line: The drain line removes the condensate from your system. It connects your system to the drain location of your choosing
• Connecting Cable: The connecting cable provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor condenser
• Branch Box: The branch box connects to the condenser and allows for multiple refrigerant lines to be connected to your indoor evaporators
• Disconnect Box and Electrical Whip Kit: The disconnect box and whip kit gives an easy way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box
• Base Pan Heater (Optional): The base pan heater stops ice from building up on the outdoor unit, preventing performance degradation and potential damage
• Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad (Optional): An outdoor condenser pad provides an even surface on which to place your outdoor condenser
• Wall Bracket (Optional): A wall bracket provides a way to mount your outdoor condenser off the ground to keep it clear it of debris
