- One Stainless Steel burner and one ProSear Burner (total 46,000 BTUs) heat the 733-sq.-in. cooking surface (508 primary, 225 secondary)
- Includes independent rear Rotisserie burner (12,500 BTUs) as well as rotisserie motor, spit rod and forks
- Welded construction eliminates gaps where grease and moisture can collect
- Stainless steel grilling grates and Ceramic Briquettes facilitate even radiant heat distribution
- Reliable electronic spark ignition system with battery backup
- Monitor grilling temperatures with built in temperature gauge
- Control illumination with blue LEDs on the control knobs and a Halogen grill surface light
- Freestanding installation with included cart, Grill Head and Grill Cart shipped separately
Product Technologies:
- Rotisserie with Infrared Burner: Ideal for cooking large pieces of meat, a rotisserie's rotation will distribute juices throughout the meat rather than cooking them out. The heat from an infrared burner penetrates meat for great results. The motor, spit rod and forks are included.
- ProSear Infrared Burner: An infrared burner is great for searing meat with fewer flame-ups. Everything else you can grill can also be cooked on an infrared burner at a higher speed.
