• Enhanced Connectivity: LG's new R-32 mini split units require a 5-conductor cable (Not Included) instead of the standard 4-conductor, improving communication reliability and enabling a new leak detection feature.


• Inverter Technology: LG's heat pump systems are designed with efficient inverter technology. An electronic expansion valve and a variable speed compressor carefully regulate the refrigerant flow, reducing energy consumption and allowing for consistent, accurate temperatures.


• Built-In Wi-Fi: With built-in Wi-Fi, you have the ability to control your LG air conditioner with smart enabled devices. Simply download the SmartThinQ® app on your smart device to get started.


• Gold Fin Protection: To ensure the reliability and longevity of the KUMXB541A's heat exchanger, LG employs a Gold Fin coating that prevents corrosion and improves durability.

• Jet Temperature Control: Quickly get your zone comfortable with the Jet Heat and Jet Cool modes. With the press of a button, your system will temporarily adjust the set point and fan speed to provide rapid heating or cooling.


• Automated Operation: Auto operation mode continually compares your zone's current and desired temperatures and uses that data to intelligently adjust the unit's fan speed and refrigerant flow to provide optimal comfort.


• Sleep Mode: With the Sleep Mode and Timer functions, you can set this indoor unit to save energy at night. Sleep Mode will incrementally adjust temperature for an hour before the Timer function automatically deactivates the unit.


• Dehumidify: LG's indoor units include a dehumidifying operation mode. In this mode, the unit's internal sensors monitor temperature and modify the set point and fan speed to remove moisture from the air.


• Improved Air Quality: The LG wall mounted units use a dual filtration system to keep your air clean. A washable anti-fungal filter protects against dust and bacteria, while a 3M Micro Protection Filter captures microscopic irritants for pristine air quality.


• Hot-Start: When the Hot-Start function is enabled, the indoor unit's fan will not engage until the outdoor condenser has had the opportunity to warm the indoor coil. This prevents the unit from blowing cold air during heating operations.

• All LG branch boxes systems require a min of 16.4 feet of line set between the condenser and the branch box, from the branch box to the distribution box and from the distribution box to the indoor unit.

Required Components:
