KwiKool 135,000 BTU 230V Air Cooled Portable Air Conditioner

The KPO12-23-3 model with high static air flow offers 12 tons or 135,000 Btus of cooling in an incredibly small package. The super small 32" x 64" footprint of this unit allows it to fit through a standard 36" door. The KPO12-23-3 model offers maximum versatility for air conditioning in indoor and outdoor applications. The unit must be placed outside of the space being cooled with four 25-ft. lengths of 12-in. duct run into space, two supply and two return ducts. The high static blower moves cold air supply and return up to 75 feet. The variable frequency drive gives the condenser motor low ambient control down below freezing. A phase monitor provides electrical protection. The unit must be hard wired by an electrician to a 230V / 80 amp three phase circuit. The skid mounted 12 gauge frame has removable heavy duty wheels. Unit includes a high lift condensate pump with overflow safety cutoff.
