• Bread Proof Function: Provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise and infusing flavor. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing

• Food Warming Function: Designed to maintain cooked food at an optimal serving temperature. Temperature settings can be adjusted from low to high, and it can warm multiple dishes at the same time

• Humidity Slide Control: Adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables

• Sensor Temperature Control: Uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to help prevent food from drying out
