Hestan's Core Beliefs

It starts with chefs

Chefs are our foundation. Chefs give us our first insights: their expertise inspires us to create products that solve culinary problems, and they are a key part of the product development process. Chefs are our first users: if our products exceed the exacting standards of professional chefs, they will blow home chefs away. Chefs are the first to hop on the bandwagon: they are our ultimate cheerleaders. In return, we honor, cultivate, and support chefs whenever we can.

Pioneer purposefully

We are never satisfied with the status quo, innovating in ways that constantly push the boundaries of our craft and industry. Yet we never innovate for the sake of innovation— it is always in the name of making cooking a more pleasurable and perfect experience.

Power & elegance in harmony

They go hand-in-hand — you can’t have one without the other. To us, power can mean BTUs, durability, or even the power of control over your cooking. Elegance means we are also refined and sophisticated.

We never sacrifice elegance in pursuit of power, and we never sacrifice power in pursuit of elegance. They simply co-exist in a beautiful balance.

Crafted to perfection

Whether through perfect temperature control, or cookware and appliances that look brand new despite heavy use, or wine that connoisseurs cherish, we strive to be the best of the best in the kitchen. We are proud of the passion and craftsmanship that drive us, and we will never stop pursuing perfection.
