EMAX unit features industrial electric motors, magnetic starters, automatic tank drain, powder coated ASME tank 200PSI rating, radiator aftercooler, along with a continuous run functionality all paired with all cast iron 60,000 Hr. rated patented pressure lubricated reciprocating pump. The unit features a Radiator after cooler lowering the compressor air temperatures to 10 degrees above ambient going into the tank! Although its primary benefit is cooling the compressed air and removing excess moisture, having a radiator aftercooler has further important benefits. This increases the life span of the compressor, helps prevent rust and corrosion in tanks, extends the life of your tools and equipment, increases efficiency while reducing the load on the air dryer which in turn requires the dryer to remove less moisture lowering its operating expenses. This unit features a Patented Silent Air System. The Patented Silent Air System dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling the intake air through a series of baffle plates.
