Ferguson ‘Our Brand’ Cookware Chemicals Disclosure
California Assembly Bill No.1200 (AB1200)
California AB1200 requires manufacturers of cookware products to disclose the presence of certain chemicals included on a designated list and intentionally added in the handle of the product or in any surface that comes into contact with food or beverages. Manufacturers must disclose these chemicals on the product label and on the product listing for online sales. The presence of a chemical on the below list does not mean that the product is unsafe or poses a health risk.
