The A716 exhaust fan with heater and light offers very low noise levels and a rust-proofed steel housing for durability. It features a built-in backdraft damper to prevent outdoor air from entering, and a 4-inch duct connection for efficient ventilation. The motor is equipped with thermal shut-off for safety. The fixture includes four 270W anti-blast heat lamps and a 60-watt center light bulb, both designed for resistance to condensation and water. Installation is made easy with mounting brackets and a four-function switch, which are both included. Note that this unit requires a dedicated circuit and should not be installed directly over a tub or shower.
